Spiritual Successor to We. The Revolution, Help Will Come Tomorrow, Announced

Today, Arclight Creations and Klabater have announced Help Will Come Tomorrow, a story-driven survival title set in the Siberian Wilderness after the October Revolution.

At the beginning of the game, players will discover that they are part of a group of passengers that have survived a catastrophe of a Trans-Siberian railway train. To survive, they must endure the Siberian climate until they are eventually rescued. The passengers will have to face their own weaknesses and prejudices in order to unite and survive the terrible cold, because different social classes don’t matter when you are freezing to death. How many that survive and by what means will be up to the choices that the player makes.

The mechanics behind Help Will Come Tomorrow focus on the survival of the characters. Players will have to gather resources, expand the camp in order to make it secure, and explore the surrounding wilderness. To do more then just survive, players will have to work with the personalities of the surviving characters and work out any problems that may arise between them. Morale is important, and cooperation is key to both surviving and keeping a clear conscience.

In Klabater we are focusing more and more on developing and publishing story-driven games regardless of the genre, said Michal Gembicki, CEO at Klabater. “Be it a survival game or management sim, we want it to contain a compelling and touching story. We strongly believe story is what matters the most. Help Will Come Tomorrow is a beautiful addition to that philosophy. We think of this game as a “spiritual successor” to We. The Revolution, our latest successful game.”

Help Will Come Tomorrow will release Q1 2020, and will be available on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
